Job Description
- Prepare & print production orders for Noodles from ERP System.
- Prepare & print production orders for Seasoning from ERP System.
- Prepare production plan weekly/daily.
- Follow actual production vs planned daily /weekly/monthly.
- Checking RM daily /Weekly for local materials.
- Prepare and print required Purchase Orders.
- Follow with purchasing daily to avoid any stock outs and over stock.
- Monitor the flow of scrap materials and slow-moving items,coming with improvement ideas.
- Prepare any daily, weekly and monthly reports requested.
- Follow export orders status and any documents with production and logistics.
- Monitor FG stocks and reschedule production plan if required.
Job Requirements
- Strong Communication & Leadership Skills.
- Strong Problem solving & Analytical thinking.
- At least 2 years of experience in FMCG is a must.
- Certified CIPM is preferable.
