Job Description
- Monitoring ATMs status through different available utilities.
- Controlling ATM by Remote Admin Viewer and Monitoring System Checking hardware’s ATMs error.
- Open calls with our ATMs Vendors with the errors that need Engineers (Second Line Support).
- Open calls with First Line Support Vendors Technicians till solving the sent errors.
- Dispatching the CIT technicians till replenishing the requested ATMs.
- Monthly Cash forecasting for the ATMs and request the cash according to monthly plan.
- Checking the ATMs that need to be replenished and send them in Daily sheet with specific amount of every ATM through e-mail to the CIT according to the withdrawal levels of every ATM.
- Create ticket (with Logs) on Enterprise Ticketing System with every error or issue.
- Support back-office team if they faced any problem with the E-journal or the ATMs.
- Send daily Handover at the end of every shift with the postponed errors and down ATMs.
