About the Job

We are Hiring Call Center Representative in our Cairo branch that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and provide superior service to customers via phone.
  • Use questioning and listening skills that support an effective telephone conversation.
  • Provide customers with products and services information.
  • Process documents, forms and applications.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues.
Job Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written command of the English language.
  • Excellent conversational skills through the phone in English.
  • Good computer skills (typing skills will be considered an advantage).
  • Attention to details.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Ability to reach assigned targets.
  • Residence in Giza or near to it.
  • Flexibility
  • Good sales and negotiation skills
