About the Job
  • Develop the business plan to achieve the sales target of the sales department to ensure that the performance indicators are achieved according to the sales management policy.
  • Proposing the solutions in case of any defect In achieving its performance evaluation elements to ensure its ability to achieve the required goals on time and without prejudice to the company's general system.
  • Transferring the telephone calls received from the company's customers to visits to its branches to increase the chances of achieving the selling objective through a brief presentation to the customers about the company's projects and its advantages, showing the competitive advantages enjoyed by the company and its projects.
  • Making telephone calls from his database to the potential customers according to the nature of the company's projects and translating them into visits to the branches of the company to increase the chances of achieving the selling objective.
  • Meet the customers at all the points of sale and make a detailed presentation on the company's projects to clarify the advantages of these projects and follow-up with the client after the completion of the visit to make booking for the best suited unit to him according to the requirements of the client.
  • Attracting specific customers within the targeted segment of the company to ensure the updating and development of the company's database periodically.
  • Follow up the client until completion of all contracting procedures and work as a point of contact between the client and the company in case of any complain until solve the problem to ensure the customer's full satisfaction and loyalty to the company.
  • Follow up with all the current and the potential customers and build a long-term relationship with them to ensure their loyalty to the company and it will be their choice in case they want or to buy in projects with the same nature of the available company's projects.
  • Follow all the instructions by the sales department and according to the company's policy in registering the customers and all their data at all stages from the beginning of attracting the customer - receiving a phone call to complete the sale of the unit according to the scope of his responsibilities.
  • Coordination with all employees involved in the sale process from different departments in accordance with the procedures specified by the company to ensure the easy completion of the sale process and the absence of any obstacles to ensure the satisfaction of the client.
  • Communicate with the direct manager in the case of any special requests to customers (discount - modification in payment methods etc.) to ensure completion of the sale without prejudice to the company's policies.
  • Communicate with the customers in case of any questions they have about the company or one of its projects and answer all the points raised by them as approved by the company's management.
  • Assist in monitoring the benefits provided by other companies to the customers of the target segment by the company and make a report to the direct manager to be studied.
  • Make all paperwork and management of the sale process according to the company's policy to guarantee the rights of the company.
  • Maintain the overall appearance as appropriate to the name and reputation of the company and in line with the general vision for the company.
  • Complete the required reports and submit them on time and at the required level.
  • Contact with Brokers.
  • Signing agreement with Brokers.
  • Product orientation to be presented to Brokers.
  • Handling all leads and meetings referred by Brokers.
  • Follow up on daily bases with Brokers.
  • Update brokers with daily availability and coming Launches.
  • Building a good relation with Brokers.s
