Construction Procurement Specialist

Main Duties:

• Identify solutions that drive down costs in delivering associated products and services.
• Develop effective relationships with key internal customers to both identify their needs and increase their understanding of sourcing enhancement opportunities.
• Help to identify best practices and respond to changes in the internal and external business environment to secure best value from the supply base.
• Document critical information; invoices, tracking info, tax documents, etc., and follow-up communications with all vendors and suppliers.
• Apply company's quality policy and ensure supplied materials compliance with it.
• Plan and implement effective negotiation strategies.
• Analyze & assess suppliers & vendors offers.
