Job Description
- Supervises buildings attendants and cleaning staff.
- Checks that buildings are cleaned to a high standard
- Draws up a shift rotation for staff.
- Handles the hiring and training of new employees.
- Manages stocktaking and ordering cleaning equipment, and room supplies.
- Reviews faults or damage and arranging repairs and routine maintenance work.
- Manages budgets and controlling costs.
- Assures that staff work according to health and safety rules.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- 10+ years of expereinece
- Experience in hospitality is a plus for at least 4 years.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
