Job Description

  • Supervises buildings attendants and cleaning staff.
  • Checks that buildings are cleaned to a high standard
  • Draws up a shift rotation for staff.
  • Handles the hiring and training of new employees.
  • Manages stocktaking and ordering cleaning equipment, and room supplies.
  • Reviews faults or damage and arranging repairs and routine maintenance work.
  • Manages budgets and controlling costs.
  • Assures that staff work according to health and safety rules.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • 10+ years of expereinece 
  • Experience in hospitality is a plus for at least 4 years.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedication to providing great customer service.
