Business Development Manager

Media Republic is a leading independent ad agency in Egypt with clients comprising some of the coolest international brands in the business including LG, Google, Allianz, the UN, Heineken, Pirelli, Sahl Hasheesh and many more.

We are looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager – one with an entrepreneurial spirit - capable of working on new business pitches and winning them!

Your role will include:

• Management of new business strategy, reaching out and pitching to potential clients and demonstrating track record of new business wins.
• Constantly looking for new leads and monitoring the market to find the next movers and shakers and to play a part in their campaigns.
• Preparing financial proposals to accompany our creative proposals for all potential clients.
• Working closely with the Managing Director, you’ll develop new business initiatives that raise their brand profile.
• You’ll live and breathe all things advertising related and be a passionate ambassador of the agency
• You should be someone who is great at building relationships, and is excited to attend events on behalf of the company to network.
• Organizing client lists, potential contacts, and reporting in figures how our BD has been improving month on month.
