Job Description
- Communicates in a positive and effective manner with staff, students, co-workers, parents and visitors.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Answers telephone, takes messages and answers inquiries within assigned scope of responsibility.
- Replying to emails, faxes and post.
- Making appointments and planning their manager’s diary.
- Booking travel arrangements and accommodation when necessary.
- Standing in for their manager in their absence.
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying.
- Prepares materials for workshops, conferences, meetings, duplicates/collates.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individual.
- Performs other duties assigned.
