Job Description
- Provide front-line support and assistance to Dynamics AX end users, ensure end users are able to perform their day to day duties in Dynamics AX.
- Develop reports using SQL Server Reporting Services.
- Troubleshoot problems reported by Dynamics AX users.
- Work with Dynamics AX end users and AX team to implement enhancements and changes, facilitate communication and understanding of requirements and processes between AX team and end users.
- Assist in configuration changes and customization in Dynamics AX.
- Assist in testing and validating system changes, upgrades and enhancements.
- Perform and develop business requirements using MS SQL and SharePoint tools.
- Administrate MS SQL and SharePoint servers.
- Develop training documentation and provide training to end users.
- Adhere to and help enforce the software development life cycle.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field
- 3 – 5 years of experience in business applications developer (MS AXAPTA2009, project management and database management
- Expert technical knowledge with different applications development tools and database systems (MS SQL,X++)
- Administration and security and IT industry in general including best practices and leading-edge business applications and database management systems.
- Understanding of organizational structure, operating culture, effective work styles and achieving results in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work under-pressure and deal with different people (technical and non-technical) from all Group levels
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
