Job Description
- Predict required packaging or resources according to customer requests and coordinate with vendors to obtain products.
- Resolve billing issues and any conflicts between the company and the vendors.
- Maintain working relationships with vendors, evaluate vendor contract terms, and negotiate prices.
- Place, schedule, and follow-up on orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Contact to new suppliers and get competitive prices.
- Issue and follow up all foreign purchase orders.
- Make travel arrangements for executives.
- Dealing with confidential documents to ensure that they remain secure Serious.
Job Requirements
- A university degree such as Faculty of commerce graduates or business administration
- More than one years of experience in similar field.
- Proficiency in Negotiation skills, financial acumen, resourcefulness and outcome-oriented skills.
- Very Good command in English language.
- Proficiency in Computer Skills.
- Providing technical information to non-specialists.
- Fluent in dealing with customers.
- Age: not more than 30 years old.
