Job Description

Operational Role:

  • Execute sales plans to penetrate the market for Translation services and capture significant market share.
  • Initiate interaction with prospective clients to generate sales leads via phone calls, emails or face to face meetings.
  • Meet sales targets through quality, strategic sales leads, building and expanding client relationships; troubleshooting client concerns; and preparing sales presentations and supporting documentation.
  • Prepare and present professional corporate business proposals and executive presentations.
  • Analyze requests and answer queries and prepare quotes.
  • The main function of the Senior Sales Executive is to build a long run and strong relationship with clients by identifying and selling services/products; and maintaining relationships with clients as well.

Customer Relationship Role:

  • Establish and maintain current and potential customer relationships.
  • Ensure high-quality customer satisfaction and retention.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field from an accredited university.
  • Excellent/Fluent command in Spoken and written English is a MUST.
  • 2+ years of experience in localization, marketing, or software industry (prefer translation).
  • Experience in selling in the Gulf is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the English language.
  • Well-organized and reliable.
