Receive information from the immediate Project Manager, Direct Manager, CIO, and Regional Logistics IT Manager about the internal logic of the corporate software and its relationship with business processes and generate a list of functional requirements for the system and monitor their compliance and implementation.
Participate in the planning and implementation of projects on customizing and improvements of IT systems for existing and new customers.
According to the developers, administrators and users about the necessity or desirability of changing the operating logic, adding new modules, interface elements or operations performed in order to improve the efficiency of corporate software.
Inform operators and other users of the corporate software on any possible logical or quantitative differences in the mass of information in order to clarify the reasons for their occurrence and correction on the basis of documentary evidence.
Independently make the necessary adjustments to the relevant information on the basis of documentary evidence from the head of departments â€“ the owners of this information.
Testing or create Testing plans, to form various information and analytical reports to verify the correctness of corporate software.
Educate users to work with the new or modified corporate software or other standard data processing means by providing appropriate instructions and presentations.
Lead and/or support implementation of projects in the different country branches being flexible to spend necessary time in the respective cities/warehouses.
Proactively take over tasks to support other department functions and build up own competences in all Contract Logistics related functions.
Ensure the available and ability of maintaining Level-1 support tasks across the IT Logistics staff and facilities.
Ensure to perform Level-2 support task to existing projects or to future handovers.
