Job Description
- Ensure providing the company with the right employees in the right positions and retain them.
- Search for candidates through multiple channels, such as recruitment websites, internet applications, employee referrals, employment fairs, and Company’s website and pages to ensure a diverse candidate pool is presented
- Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes.
- Ensure maintaining an updated pool of potential CVs in order to insure appropriate placements of candidates within current and potential vacancies.
- Handling Offer Letters’ communication & negotiation with selected candidates, and sending apology emails to rejected candidates.
- Maintain contacts with recruitment agents, governmental and non-governmental educational institutes and any other potential source of future recruits.
- Coordinate with universities, Employment Fairs, events in relation to targeted hires.
- Draft, review, edit and Create Job Descriptions.
- Review online applications, evaluate qualifications of both internal and external candidates,
- conduct prescreen interviews to analyze candidate experience and fit, coordinate pre-employment tests as needed, and develop a short list of potential candidates.
- Handle recruitment processes starting from Job Analysis, CVs search filtration & short-listing, interviews
- Head-hunting if necessary to allocate the right match.
- Manage candidate interview results and selection decision with hr manager.
- Provide candidates feedback on interview results as appropriate.
- Maintain a complete Recruitment report for the interviews and new hired
Job Requirements
- Prefer experience in software company or recruitment agency
- Very good in English and communication skills
