Job Description
- Assist in developing budget of Recruitment & Retention section, Manpower plan & outsourcing
- Assist in developing & Maintaining Recruitment polices & procedures
- Assist in implementing Manpower plan
- Use the best recruitment resources according to the best practice
- Screening Executive , Middle & Line Managers levels CVS
- Manage & conduct interviews as per selection matrix
- Checking reference for selected candidates as per the policy
- Prepare & negotiate employment offers as per recruitment policy & grading system
- Monitoring CVs database updating & classification.
- Manage the onboarding procedures
- Assist in developing , coordinating and implementing employee retention strategies
- Collects and evaluates data gleaned from exit interview to determine reasons why employees electively leave company.
- Managing outsourcing needs , contractors & agreements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree , Certificate in Human Resource management

Min 5 yrs of exp. 2 yrs of them at the same post.

Previous experience in Manufacturing companies
- Previous experience in Recruiting overseas & Executive level
