About the Job
  • Assist in developing budget of Recruitment & Retention section, Manpower plan & outsourcing
  • Assist in developing & Maintaining Recruitment polices & procedures
  • Assist in implementing Manpower plan
  • Use the best recruitment resources according to the best practice
  • Screening Executive , Middle & Line Managers levels CVS
  • Manage & conduct interviews as per selection matrix
  • Checking reference for selected candidates as per the policy
  • Prepare & negotiate employment offers as per recruitment policy & grading system
  • Monitoring CVs database updating & classification.
  • Manage the onboarding procedures
  • Assist in developing , coordinating and implementing employee retention strategies
  • Collects and evaluates data gleaned from exit interview to determine reasons why employees electively leave company.
  • Managing outsourcing needs , contractors & agreements
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree , Certificate in Human Resource management
  • Min 5 yrs of exp. 2 yrs of them at the same post.

  • Previous experience in Manufacturing companies

  • Previous experience in Recruiting overseas & Executive level
