Job Description
- Assist manager in handling the suppliers visits from different nationality to the company .
- Assist manager in handling the shipment process from the suppliers to the company .
- Performing documentary duties ( regarding new shipment )
- Searching and attract new suppliers for the required materials at the most competitive term in what respect for quality and price
- Auditing supplier performance to avoid any delays in production plan
- Verify and assure the deadline for the shipment
- Contacting finance department to insure and follow up suppliers payment

- High communication and Negotiation skills ( using mails or mobile calls )
- Multitasking and organized attitude
- Using Ms office ( Excel , word ...etc ) - English language is a must
