Job Description

  • Responsible for setting up the sales plan to achieve the company's objective of selling its products within the domestic market in coordination with the commercial manager and the managing director.
  • Responsible for forecasting of the sales department annual budget.
  • Responsible for designing the loose bags design for each type of cement.
  • Responsible for designing and choosing the brand name for each product to match the company’s objective and the distribution channels within the domestic market.
  • Responsible for leading the sales team concerning recruitment, annual budget, sales volume, appraisals and distribution of quantities per governorate.
  • Responsible for designing the reporting system that will be applied and implemented by the sales team.
  • Responsible for gathering all the market competitors’ moves and action to analyze it and introduce the proper actions to be implemented to protect our products within the domestic market.
  • Responsible for the strategic actions and moves that can strength our company’s position, price and brand perception within the domestic market.
  • Responsible for the pricing strategy for each product in each governorate including the freight rate to ensure the highest profit margin for our company and get the best outcome.
  • Responsible for the planning and choosing the best location of the company’s warehouses and check points also the targeted sales volume for each one.
  • Responsible for planning and designing the customer’s settlements scheme.
  • Responsible for planning and designing the customer’s incentive scheme
  • Responsible for planning and designing the customer’s loyalty programs.

Job Requirements

  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
  • Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
