Job Description
- Set clear strategic objective and goals for the sales department
- Prepare sales plan & forecast in coordination with marketing budget
- Set target for the Sales Engineer crew
- Make sure that the Sales targets are achieved
- Monitor the deviation for the sales plan and rectify the root cause.
- continuously searching for new clients to increase sales volume
- Effectively brief and leverage executives on strategy and tactics to enhance customer relationships
- Analyze and understand customer strategies, future plans, and expansion activities to develop penetration strategies for new business opportunities.
- Monitor and ensure completion of daily sales report
- Manage, train, direct the sales team to achieve their own target
Job Requirements

- 10+ Years of experience in the same field.
- Construction background.
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
