Job Description
Marketing Assistant supports the work of marketing managers on events directed
- Maximizing company profits through creating successful marketing campaigns.
- Responsible for implementing marketing campaigns for events
- Responsible for email campaigns for the events
- Monitor events' performance, cost, & market penetration
- Manage partnerships with Media and Associations.
- Work with the design team to develop printed material and adverts.
- Manage the organizations' databases and CRM systems.
- Manage all social media channels and develop an editorial calendar and prepare media content to increase customer engagement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or a similar area preferred.
- 2-4 years business related experience in marketing
- Fluent in Spoken and Written English (Must)
- Ability to compose periodical reports.
- MS Office Proficiency (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, and OUTLOOK).
- Adequate knowledge of Social Media Platforms “Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development.
- Content writing skills.
- Knowledge in Photoshop – InDesign - Illustrator is a plus.
- Ability to present effectively in person and on the phone before customers.
- Ability to solve problems and present out of the box solutions and innovative ideas.
- Demonstrated ability to work with limited supervision
