Job Description
- Plans strategic compliance and operational review/audits.
- Facilitating the formulation of new procedures and organizational changes resulting from audit and discuss changes in related policies rules and procedures.
- Analyze workflow to determine the areas of improvement.
- Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
- Meet with control owners to review process flows. Prepare special audit and control reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating information and trends.
- Conducts risk assessments and identifies controls in place to mitigate identified risks.
- Performs audit procedures to verify that controls are operating through testing and interviewing techniques.
- Analysis and concludes effectiveness and efficiency of control environment.
- Identifies control gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Document the results of audit work in accordance with audit Committee.
- Prepares timely audit reports.
- Assess, evaluate and promote compliance to internal policies.
- Provides advice on internal control and participates in enhancing internal audit standards and practices.
- Researches new or technical subjects when required to support audits, market risk, financial instruments, etc.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree: Faculty of commerce or equivalent.
- Certificates: Lead auditor or TQM or CIA is highly preferred.
