Job Description
- Receive the incoming materials (raw materials, spare parts, etc.) and check the received quantities for correctness as per the attached purchase order & packing list.
- Coordinate with the quality department to inspect the materials and ensure acceptance before the reception for all materials.
- Storing materials as per the manufacturing dates in the specified places for all components and materials
- Release materials according to the work orders, production plans & productivity.
- Receiving the returned components & raw materials from the production lines and store them in the specified places and as per the set standard.
- Place the rejected components & raw materials in the rejection area and coordinate with the concerned department to return or scrap.
- Arrange & Organize the storage areas to facilitate handling inside the warehouse and facilitate the inventory count process
- Prepare and send the periodic reports to the warehouse supervisor to show the progress and justification for delayed tasks.
- Keeping warehouse records (inspection, reception, issue, return ...etc.)
- Able to work as a team member & work under pressure
- Recommend any needed corrective and preventive actions in order to improve the overall performance
Job Requirements
- 2-4 Years of experience.
- Worked before in FMCG Company as a store keeper.
- Graduate from a reputable university
