Job Description
- Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information
- Maintains and balances accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.
- Perform accounting analysis for cash accruals, account payables, account receivables, reconciliations and foreign exchange.
- Support Auditor in conducting internal and external audits.
- Follow documentation retention policy to maintain accounting files.
- Adhere to standard accounting principles and company procedures.
- Perform accounting analyses and reporting to support decision-making purposes
- Assist in tax preparation and filing activities
- Manage Consolidation, inter-company transactions and reconciliations including foreign currency accounting
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of accounting/ finance experience
- Strong technical accounting background
- Strong Analytical skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Familiar with ERP
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels internal/external
