Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all the administrative duties and the day to day management of the firm. This includes all office administrative functions, accounting and banking, legal paperwork, public relations, corporate marketing and advertising, smooth operation of the office, hiring and HR, client support, filing system, etc. Not involved in deals.
  • Ensuring the prompt and proper preparation of descriptive books, power points, presentation for sale, capital raise or other mandates. Following up and supervising the work by the associates.
  • Arranging in setting up Intercap Egypt website and keeping it up to date on regular basis.
  • Setting up, updating and marinating a full data base of Private Equity firms, Strategic Players and HNW individuals who are considered potential investors for Deal Partners to approach when marketing transactions.
  • Arranging for meetings, plant visits, etc. between vendors and prospective buyers in coordination with the Partner or VP in charge of the file.

Job Requirements

  • No Head Scarf
  • Good Command of English Language
  • Computer skills: Word and Excel

  • Ability to work long hours when needed
