Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To ensure the highest standards of services are offered for all company's clients, & reinforce the company's image according to the required Customer Relations requirements.
  • Answer all clients inquiries.
  • Communicate directly with clients at the company's premise.
  • To be aware of company's projects & attend all required training offered from the company to develop performance & skills.
  • To revise clients contracts & validate all data are completed.
  • Receive the technical/engineering modifications of project/s & direct to Customer Relations.
  • To deal & handle professionally clients concerns & complains.
  • Register all inquiries & complains of clients on company's CRM system.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3-5 years experience in Customer Service preferably in Real Estate field.
  • Good Command of English Language.
  • Graduate of Bachelor degree or equivalent degree.
  • Excellent Communications Skills.
  • Presentable.
  • Problem Solving competency.
  • Team player & can work under pressure.
