Job Description
The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for managing the over all activity of the platform and ensuring achievement of annual targets in terms of revenue and operating expenses.
- Managing the overall strategy in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and carry out the strategic online marketing plans for the company
- Lead operations cycle and logistics towards the company's objectives and goals.
- Manage all E-commerce activities and day to day operations of the online store, including daily order fulfillment.
- Develop pricing and budgeting strategies for the company.
- Liaise between different departments to ensure the planning and development of the online shop appearance.
- Ensure the response to customer orders queries in a timely manner.
- Playing a crucial role in developing and maintaining good relationships with vendors and customers.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years experience in well-known E-commerce organizations.
- Extensive experience with practices and techniques related to web merchandising or online retailing.
- Strong operational knowledge.
- Manage the project, and prepare and monitor budget and forecast reports.
- Strong knowledge of techniques required for market research and analysis.
- A must have hands on experience, & competencies that e-commerce Manager should have; Communication, strong Technical skills, Flexibility, Multitasking, Problem solving, leadership, and Creative.
