Job Description
- Prepare and issue quotations based on customer requirements and sales team input.
- Coordinate stock transfers between branches or warehouses to fulfill sales requirements.
- Generate and maintain sales reports, providing analysis and insights as needed.
- Work daily within the ERP system to update sales transactions, monitor inventory levels, and ensure data accuracy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the sales team and other internal departments such as logistics, finance, and customer service to ensure efficient workflow.
- Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and payments to support sales operations.
- Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and sales-related correspondence.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a sales coordination or similar role.
- Previous work experience in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications ( Excel & Word ).
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
