Job Description
- Influence demand team’s strategy and contribute significantly to team planning.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, with the highest quality within the scope and the assigned budget.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Hold meetings with the clients to get the specific requirements of each project.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
- Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and maps to document needs.
- Identify demand forecast risks and develop effective mitigation plans
- Schedule regular forecast review meetings with Directors
- Work with teams to plan, coordinate and execute demand planning activities
- Undertake project management activities alongside demand planning role as required
- Drive best practices and set standards for the demand team.
- Collaborate with different partners to be more productive.
Job Requirements
- Has direct experience in project/program management.
- At least 7 years in project management.
- Has desire and commitment to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Has excellent communication skills
- Has excellent time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or similar tracks
- PMP certificate is preferred
- MBA holder is preferred.
