Job Description
Site engineers at HSI are responsible for the execution and construction of projects. They are mainly involved in Architectural & interior finishing projects that range from fine small scale to huge turnkey ones.
Project location varies across Egypt
Typical job roles:
- Performs technical, organizational and advisory tasks to manage a construction site.
- Receives and checks plans and drawings to perform the required work on-site.
- Coordinates daily site occurrences with the headquarters.
- Responsible for coordinating between the site requirements and the subcontractors.
- Responsible for coordinating and applying the company policies and safety rules to the subcontractors and operators.
- Oversees the overall progress on-site and receives the work done from subcontractors and operators.
- Monitors and follow-up with the subcontractors to ensure project delivery on-time with the appropriate quality and cost.
- Ensures that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
- Prepares and submits reports as required.
- Must be ready to resolve any unexpected issue that may arise on-site.
