Job  Purpose

  • We are STRICTLY looking for a Business development executive professional in our industry,( commercial and industrial equipment supplier), an individual with a strong positive attitude, a team player who has comprehensive thinking in scanning the Egypt market for business opportunities and a wide understanding of creating new customers.

Job Description 

  • Develop a growth strategy focused on the company business model
  • Proactively identifies prospects, building, and maintaining a pipeline to grow partnerships.
  • Develop and update databases of donors including individual, corporate, and agencies with contacts and focus/preferences.
  • Cold callings with new clients and dealing face to face meetings.
  • Prepare needed materials related to business development activities including Quotations, proposals, profiles, presentations.
  • Get involved in meetings involving the business technical team of the organization
  • Close deals and achieve sales target
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-contracting support
  • Assist in developing partner networks and strategic partnerships in Egypt and overseas.

Work Condition:

  • He/she always talks to customers and coworkers.
  • Regularly work as part of a team.
  • Generally, work normal office hours, but may sometimes work evenings or weekends to meet clients' needs
  • Work in/out offices, but also travel locally or around the country to meet with clients

Relations

  •  Reported to GM 

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate  of mechatronics engineering is preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development (sales)
  • Experience in Maintenance or equipment B2B sales is a must.
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
