Job Description

Job Duties :

  • Developing prospective clients.
  • Property appraisal & pricing negotiation with clients.
  • Market Researches.
  • Performing Marketing plans.
  • Study property listings.
  • Representing buyers & Sellers through negotiations.
  • Interview prospective clients.
  • Accompany clients to property site.
  • Discuss terms & conditions of sale.
  • Closing Deals & finalizing the sale.
  • Draw up real estate contracts.
  • Discuss available projects & units for prospected buyers.
  • Reporting activities to the company management.
  • Maintaining good relations with costumers.
  • Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.
  • Achieving sales targets and executing sales strategy.
  • Follow up with all new clients and offer them what are they looking for.
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 2-5 years in real estate is a must
  • Experience in the real estate market in sheikh zayed /october and new cairo 
  • Good English
  • Exllent communication skills
  • Brokerage Experience
  • Max age is 30.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Good computer skills.
  • Talented and Self Motivated
  • Gender : Male / Female
  • Owning a CAR is preferred
  • Good or very good English
  • Very Presentable
  • Preferred lives in 6 October or nearby places
  • Negotiation Skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • A fast worker with the ability to work well under stress.
  • Experience in Selling Real Estate, Advertising, Media or Insurance .
  • Highly presentable.
  • Excellent customer handling skills.
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
