Job Description

  • Identify and assess development needs through analyzing development plans and other resources.
  • Support the Talent Development team to implement and embed Regional Talent Development initiatives and projects.
  • Coordinate with the Regional Talent Development team to implement Talent Development initiatives and activities.
  • Report on feedback and analyze data to help evaluate the effectiveness of Talent Development programs using focus groups, questionnaires, interviews, and other resources.
  • Deliver and facilitate training/learning sessions.
  • Organize talent development activities/events. Manage the administration of performance reviews, leadership development, e-learning, and training plans.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or other related fields.
  • 4+ years of experience in a complex organization or start-up in Talent Development or related discipline
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Excellent organizing and project management skills
  • Proficiency in using HR systems and work applications
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong learning affinity with a personal desire to grow continually
  • Facilitation and training skills
  • Confident with data analysis and using related applications
