Identify and assess development needs through analyzing development plans and other resources.
Support the Talent Development team to implement and embed Regional Talent Development initiatives and projects.
Coordinate with the Regional Talent Development team to implement Talent Development initiatives and activities.
Report on feedback and analyze data to help evaluate the effectiveness of Talent Development programs using focus groups, questionnaires, interviews, and other resources.
Deliver and facilitate training/learning sessions.
Organize talent development activities/events. Manage the administration of performance reviews, leadership development, e-learning, and training plans.

Bachelor’s degree in HR or other related fields.
4+ years of experience in a complex organization or start-up in Talent Development or related discipline
Fluent written and spoken English.
Excellent organizing and project management skills
Proficiency in using HR systems and work applications
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong learning affinity with a personal desire to grow continually
Facilitation and training skills
Confident with data analysis and using related applications
