Job Description
Techsquad is hiring a Full Stack Javascript Team Leader to join and lead our web and mobile, development team.
Roles and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to
- Work across the entire product life cycle: concept, design, development, deployment, testing, release, support
- Write modular & well-organized code.
- Build efficient, testable, and reusable modules.
- Manage other team members and guide them through day-to-day practice at the office.
- Sprint planning and tasks management.
- Ensure clean code and standards are being followed by each developer in the team.
- Lead daily standups and ensuring every team is well oriented to the whole project workflow.
- Provide monthly feedback to the Higher management on the performance of each team member.

Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in web and mobile development.
- Team leadership experience.
- Good command of English.
- Bachelor degree in the areas of Computer Science/Computer Engineering, Engineering or any other related fields
- Experience managing teams of engineers, ideally teams of 6-10 Individuals.
- Ability to understand how our business functions and how challenges and bottlenecks can be addressed through the engineering team.
- Overall track record of professional and academic success.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle, agile methodologies.
- Expert in javascript Full Stack frameworks Esp. MERN Stack.
- Strong Experience in GIT.
- Experience with Cloud technologies (AWS, GCP).
- Strong Experience with Microservices architecture.
- Expert in automatic building and CI/CD systems.
- Strong understanding of Relational databases, NoSQL.
- Expert in unit testing.
- Strong understanding of design patterns and modern frameworks.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of Live sockets.
