- Provides interpretation and counsel to employees and line management regarding policies, programs and practices
- Provides administrative services covering specific areas of recruitment
- Organizes personnel records and ensures completion and validity of files
- Administers personnel attendance and leaves
- Participates in conducting internal employee surveys and interviews
