Job Description
- Owns the appropriate Test Plan.
- Identifies Hardware/Software as needed.
- Assigns ownership of test cases and test case execution.
- Executes test consistent with test plan and project schedules
- Monitors customer feedback, from Beta programs, to ensure continuous improvement in the test phase.
- Reviews development design documents.
- Provide periodic test status against plans.
- Determines if test entry criteria have been met
- Determines if test exit criteria have been met.
- May lead other professionals
Job Requirements
- 4-8 years exp. in Software testing
- Excellent English Language
- Excellent Leadership Skills
