Job Description

  • Build a good Rapport with Clients over the phone.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle customer and service inquiries.
  • Manage customers' accounts, and follow up on customer interaction.
  • Acquire new customers through phone calls.
  • Back Office (Webchat).

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 Years of experience
  • Excellent in both English & Arabic.
  • HIGH typing speed (English and Arabic)
  • Basic Networks and Computer background.
  • High level of spirit and passion.
  • Strong communication skills.
