- Build a good Rapport with Clients over the phone.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle customer and service inquiries.
- Manage customers' accounts, and follow up on customer interaction.
- Acquire new customers through phone calls.
- Back Office (Webchat).
Job Requirements
- 1-2 Years of experience
- Excellent in both English & Arabic.
- HIGH typing speed (English and Arabic)
- Basic Networks and Computer background.
