Job Scope:
- Plan, direct, or coordinate security activities in the Company Factories, Retail Stores, Wholesale Stores to safeguard company assets, employees, guests, or others on company property.
- Communicate security status, updates, and actual or potential problems, using established protocols.
- Renew arms licenses.
- Fosters a climate of continuous technical learning and skills development within the team in a way to reach higher levels of skills, knowledge and attitude by providing the team with ongoing constructive feedback on performance.
- Delegate responsibility and ensure accountability.
- Working collaboratively with others to achieve common goals and positive results by discussing and solving problems/ issues with other departments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Law from Police Academy Only
- 10-15 Years of Experience in the same field
