Job Description

  • We are looking for a reliable female Office Administrator / Manager.
  • She will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

Duties:

  • Coordinating office activities and operations.
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence with clients (e-mails, letters,etc..)
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Posting online ads regarding open vacancies
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned

Salary starting from 3000 LE and up to 6500 LE in addition to applicable bonuses

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent command of English
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Can work under pressure
  • Flexible times
  • AUC/GUC/International Schools graduates is an advantage
