Job Description
- We are looking for a reliable female Office Administrator / Manager.
- She will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
Duties:
- Coordinating office activities and operations.
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
- Manage phone calls and correspondence with clients (e-mails, letters,etc..)
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Posting online ads regarding open vacancies
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Salary starting from 3000 LE and up to 6500 LE in addition to applicable bonuses

Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
