Job Description
- Responsible for daily finance operations including managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, banking matters etc.
- Responsible for the treasury in Factory.
- Responsible for handling the statement for industrial & commercial taxes 0.5%.
- Prepare timely monthly financial statements.
- Support month-end and year-end close process.
- Manage office petty cash.
- Review calculated bank interest and bank charges and LC commissions.
- Interaction with key suppliers and service providers including banks.
- Follow-up cash collections, checks and payments.
- Follow up and match bank accounts, accounts payable and Preparation of semimonthly statements.
Job Requirements
- Males only.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2-4 years of overall combined accounting and finance experience.
- Very good in using computer, Microsoft Applications, very well in Excel.
- Experience inventory.
- Petty cash managements.
- Preparing financial reports/ analysis.
- Standard journal entries.
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process.
- Good team player, positive attitude, detail and supplier oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
- Fluent in Arabic and Very good in English (verbal and written).
