Job Description
- Centralize Antivirus administration and upgrade of employees systems
- Installation, Configuration & Maintenance of Company Software's
- Manage all user queries, problems related with the software systems at the Company sites
- Update patches of the software running by the company
- Run Data Backup on weekly and monthly bases and administer the restoration process when needed
- Troubleshooting of server issues
- Configuration of routers and switches
- Auditing and Log monitoring of network traffic
- Network Administration of WAN & LAN (PC's, Printers, Switches, Router)
- Company web hosting and email hosting management
- Employee emails creation, deletion and setup in MS outlook etc
- Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, File Server installation, troubleshooting and maintenance
- Providing hardware and network support for approximately 10 desktops & over 15 laptops
- Supporting new applications
- Testing and evaluating new technology
- Maintain IT assets
- Assist in IT Operational tasks
Job Requirements
- Bsc Engineering (Computer science - Electronics)
- 3 5 years of hands on experience in networking and servers management fields
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Very good command of English language
- Other related certificates will be an added value
