Job Description
- Track and follow up on attendance, absences, annual and sick leaves of all employees.
- Receipt of penalties memos and ensure its conformity with the regulations and implement the normal administrative penalties (absence without permission / delay / non departure)
- Follow up on the renewal of the annual contracts.
- Responsible for payroll preparation.
- Make sure company policies are well implemented.
- Responsible for dealing with and finishing all documents for the governmental offices related to personnel (Labor Office and Social Insurance Office).
- Arrange social insurance form 1, 2 & 6.
Job Requirements
- 3+ Years experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Labor & Insurance laws
- Good knowledge of Human Resource management tasks
