Track customer complaint resolution
Printing, filing and posting of installation date letters, invoices and satisfaction sheets for the contracts.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, organization, leadership and problem-solving skills; excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications; effective oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices or sales environment.
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration is preferred.
