Job Description

Duties:
- Understand user behavior and interaction with our product.
- Create user experience and interface design documentation such as wireframes, personas and style guides as needed.
- Work iteratively by developing ideas from sketches to prototypes.
- Work directly with our development team to build your creative vision.
- Validate design effectiveness through quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Create, update, modify, and correct web graphical design elements, including photographic images and illustrations.

Qualifications:
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- 2-4 years of experience in creative web design and development and able to show work references
- You should also have experience in UI/UX to create amazing user experiences.
- An understanding of how design choices translate in development. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript a plus.
- Ability to collaborate with team members to discuss requirements, design reviews, and feedback.
- You will be clear enough in terms of oral and written communication to talk about your work to different parts of the business and will have the ability to work under pressure.
