Job Description
- Follows all relevant HR policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Implements the day-to-day operations assigned for the HR to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.
- Collects, analyzes and collates employee data into various reports in order to comply with internal or statutory requirements.
- Acts as a project or event coordinator ensuring logistical support to key HR projects or events.
- Provides a range of HR services to internal customers, following-up as necessary, to ensure employees’ HR needs are met.
- Coordinates setting up interviews for short-listed candidates to ensure the smooth progress during the selection process.
- Assists in the preparation of various HR documents to ensure the smooth functioning of the HR department.
- Drafts memos and e-mails to ensure transparent communication with concerned parties.
- Complies with all relevant safety, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
