Job Description
- Organize the office operations and procedures regarding the cleaning check up, office design, and equipment’s maintenance to maintain the company’s image.
- Monitor and record the phone calls and faxes to be in contact with our customer to fill their needs.
- Plan and implement the office systems regarding follow up the cheques receiving, sending forms & samples to our domestic and export customers and the company, layout, equipment procurement, and anticipate needed supplies to maintain the office efficient running.
- Arrange the commercial department internal meetings and take the minutes of meeting to update the archiving system in addition to organizing schedule, all visa & flight accommodation issues for all sales team and provide assistance during exhibitions to facilitate business needs of commercial team.
- Manage and follow up the stock of the company’s head office samples in order to ensure their availability to the customers and the sales team.
- Create the PR on the SAP System to be sent it to the procurement department to provide the required supplies.
- Follow up the RFP (Request for proposal) regarding the New Year giveaways to be distributed to the company’s customers.
- Follow up the employees needs regarding the business cards issuance to keep the employees business cards updated.
- Print the sales reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis from SAP system then deliver it to commercial manager to assist him in follow up the required reports.
- Comply with occupational health, safety and Environment regulations, policies and instructions at work place.
Job Requirements
- This position is required for a Multinational Glass Factory, headquarter located at Maadi:-
- Bachelor degree.
- 1 – 3 years. Of experience.
- Females ONLY.
- ERP system is preferable
- Very good English skills.
- Very presentable.
