Job Description

Reasonable awareness & knowledge of the following Key responsibilities:

  • Can follow & maintain HR systems, Policies & procedures
  • Employees’ Relations and communications
  • Recruitment Procedures
  • Personnel
  • Compensation & Benefits methodology
  • Training coordination
  • Aware of performance appraisal concept
  • Dealing with ISO requirements

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration
  • HR certificate is preferable
  • VG English language (Oral & written)
  • VG knowledge of payroll systems (HITS is Preferable)

Experience:

  • From 3 to 5 years in HR and OD practices including 1 year in senior position
  • VG Knowledge of Social Insurance & Labor Laws and Income tax
  • Background of service companies/ consulting

Competencies:

  • High emotional intelligence
  • Good at communicating.
  • Structured and tidy
  • He has a high customer service response.
  • It's about results and quality as well.
  • He can report and do analyses.
  • He can work within a group.
