Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Executing all purchasing activities as planned.
- Source for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers.
- Process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies, procedures and specification.
- Follow up with related departments to ensure that deliveries, shipping, clearance and payments are done properly and on time.
- Evaluating all suppliers and service providers.
- Initiating weekly progress reports on all activities done.
- Keeping documents and log files for all transactions for easy information access.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. Electronics Engineering
- Knowledge and Skills
- Overall Experience from 3 to 4 years of experience.
- Familiar with electronic industry environment.
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and any other relevant software applications.
- Excellent Negotiation skills.
