Job Description
Job Scope:
- We are looking for a qualified Mobile developer to join our Engineering team.
- You will be working with our engineers on developing and maintaining a live OCR function in a health mobile application.
- If you’re passionate about mobile platforms and have worked with live OCR engines, we would like to meet you. you’ll collaborate with internal teams to develop functional mobile applications, while working in a young fast-paced environment.
Environment Platform:
- Live OCR feature should be developed using native language for mobile development (iOS and Android)
- Our Backend system developed using PHP codeigniter framework on the server side and MYSQL Database as a container for our data
Responsibilities
- Support the entire application life-cycle (concept, design, test, release and support)
- Produce fully functional mobile applications writing clean code
- Conduct UI tests to identify malfunctions
- Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance
- Work with UI Designer closely and exchange suggestions
- Liaise with Product development team to plan new features
- Research and suggest new mobile products, applications and protocols
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends
- Publishing Apps on the App Stores
Job Conditions:
- Cairo Office, Co-Working Space Of Choice or Home Office.
Job Requirements
- BSc Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent discipline.
- Proven work experience as iOS and Android Mobile developer
- Demonstrable portfolio of released applications related to Live OCR.
- Previous experience in Live OCR, Google vision API, other OCR engines.
- Familiar with Webservice/API RESTful
- Strong experience in Git commands
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Methodologies
- English language
Functional performance
- Accuracy is a must (Minimum 90%)
