Job Description

  • Develops and implement the organization’s quality plan in accordance with the mission and strategic goals of the organization, laws and regulations, and accreditation standards
  • Develops and implements systems, policies, and procedures for the identification, collection, and analysis of performance measurement data
  • Supervises the work in the quality department
  • Revises of hospital policies and procedures.
  • Educates and trains the leadership, and staff on the quality improvement plan, and their respective responsibilities in carrying out the quality improvement program
  • Revises and approval of medical records forms
  • Plans for RCAs and mortality reviews for risk management assessment
  • Actively participates on, or facilitates, or assign a quality team member to participate on committees such as: Infection Control, Blood Bank, .. etc.
  • Plans & prepares for JCI accreditation and reaccreditation
  • Identifies opportunities for improvement and presents findings to appropriate departments

Job Requirements

  • MB, B.Ch with Master’s degree or MD is strongly recommended
  • CPHQ or Diploma in TQM
