Job Description
- Develops and implement the organization’s quality plan in accordance with the mission and strategic goals of the organization, laws and regulations, and accreditation standards
- Develops and implements systems, policies, and procedures for the identification, collection, and analysis of performance measurement data
- Supervises the work in the quality department
- Revises of hospital policies and procedures.
- Educates and trains the leadership, and staff on the quality improvement plan, and their respective responsibilities in carrying out the quality improvement program
- Revises and approval of medical records forms
- Plans for RCAs and mortality reviews for risk management assessment
- Actively participates on, or facilitates, or assign a quality team member to participate on committees such as: Infection Control, Blood Bank, .. etc.
- Plans & prepares for JCI accreditation and reaccreditation
- Identifies opportunities for improvement and presents findings to appropriate departments
Job Requirements
- MB, B.Ch with Master’s degree or MD is strongly recommended
- CPHQ or Diploma in TQM
