District Manager-Faiyum/Beni Suef/Minya

• Improve availability
• Ensures that store staff are following the established change programs to drive sales and customer service excellence
• Ensures that stores have all resources needed and coordinate with other department heads to make sure that requirements are met
• Ensure seamless cash operation in stores
• Monitor and ensure stores security measures, cleanliness, hygiene and quality are up to standard
• Monitor stores shrinkage and waste
• Review operational process execution and implementing the operating model consistently in all stores and provide feedback
• Reviews training reports to ensure operations training is completed for store staff and follows up with Store leadership on all outstanding training
• Proactively manages and reviews the performance and progress of Store Managers and their team, sets objectives and targets;
• Identify, develop and train new store managers
• Provides feedback and stretch assignments to foster growth; empowers the team to make critical decisions; rewards and recognizes efforts and frequently discusses future opportunities and development plans.
• Monitor Competition and ensure feedback
• Resolve issues and find solutions that faces store managers.
• Plan 3 months ahead including sales, operations & expenditures
