Job Description
- Represent the brand the at showrooms.
- Welcoming customers to the store and answering their queries
- Create and update customer database
- Consistently meet or exceed targets
- Generate sales through optimized visual merchandising
- Built relationships with customers, deal with different nationalities and personalities and put always the customers at ease.
- Arrange clothing racks for optimal use to stock new arriving Merchandise
- Maintain neat and clean department
- Handle cash and credit sales; operate cash register
- Assist with sizing and fashion choices to ensure positive customer experience
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in the industry/retail is a major plus
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service
- Males/Females
- Good Command of written and spoken English
- Good computer skills required
- Experience with POS transactions is a plus
- Passionate, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
- Work Hours: Available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of store operating procedures
